FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ANCHORAGE AK
715 AM AKDT WED APR 23 2014

.DISCUSSION...
AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING INCREASED CLOUDS TO SOUTHERN
ALASKA TODAY...WITH ISOLATED SHOWERS SPREAD ACROSS THE MATANUSKA VALLEY.
COOLER TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE REGION WILL ALLOW RH VALUES TO REMAIN
HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS DAYS. BY THE END OF THE WEEK A WEATHER FRONT WILL
MOVE INTO THE GULF OF ALASKA BRINGING MORE WIDESPREAD CLOUDINESS TO THE
AREA...THOUGH THE VAST MAJORITY OF RAIN WILL BE CONFINED TO THE
COASTLINES.
