THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR
  THE EAST FORK ANGELINA RIVER NEAR CUSHING TEXAS.
* FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO SUNDAY AFTERNOON...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS
  CANCELLED.
* AT 715 AM FRIDAY THE STAGE WAS 9.5 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 10 FEET.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY LATE THIS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND
  CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 10.5 FEET BY EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.  THE
  EAST FORK WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE DURING SATURDAY MORNING NEAR
  SUNRISE.
* IMPACT...MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING.  MOVE LIVESTOCK TO HIGHER GROUND.
