THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DENVER HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST COLORADO...
  SOUTHERN LOGAN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST COLORADO...

* UNTIL 645 AM MDT

* AT 341 AM MDT...RAIN HAD ENDED OVER LOGAN AND NORTHERN WASHINGTON
  COUNTIES HOWEVER MINOR FLOODING WILL CONTINUE. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
  LAST EVENING RANGED FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
  OVER NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  STERLING...FLEMING...MERINO...ILIFF...PADRONI...BURDETT...ATWOOD...
  LONE STAR...ST PETERSBURG...PREWITT RESERVOIR...LOGAN CORNERS AND
  MIDWAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
IMMEDIATELY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
