THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED AN

* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 745 PM CDT

* AT 542 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
  HEAVY RAIN 2 MILES NORTH OF TERLTON. THE STORM PRODUCING THE
HEAVY   RAINFALL WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES
THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST
HOUR...AND MORE RAIN IS FALLING. SOME FLOODING IS POSSIBLE ALONG THE
THE CIMMARON TURNPIKE NORTH OF TERLTON.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...TERLTON AND JENNINGS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
