THE FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR THE NEUSE RIVER NEAR GOLDSBORO.
* AT  8:15 PM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 17.8 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 18.0 FEET.
* FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE MONDAY EVENING.
* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO 15.1 FEET WEDNESDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 18.0 FEET...MINOR FLOOD STAGE. WATER OVERFLOWS BANKS
  NEAR THE SR1915 BRIDGE AND UPSTREAM OF THE US117 BRIDGE.
