THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A

* SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CENTRAL CEDAR COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA...
  EAST CENTRAL KNOX COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA...

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 1056 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT SOME LOCATIONS IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA HAD RECEIVED BETWEEN TWO AND THREE INCHES OF
  RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS. RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS MAY CAUSE SMALL
  STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  HARTINGTON...BLOOMFIELD...WYNOT...CROFTON...PLEASANT VALLEY...
  FORDYCE AND OBERT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS MAY BE ELEVATED...OR
PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND
ALTERNATE ROUTES. IT TAKES ONLY A FEW INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING
WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
