* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL VOLUSIA COUNTY IN FLORIDA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...SOUTH DAYTONA...PORT ORANGE...NEW
  SMYRNA BEACH...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.

* AT 435 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN CONTINUES OVER COASTAL VOLUSIA COUNTY. RAIN AMOUNTS OF TWO TO
THREE INCHES HAVE OCCURRED IN SOME SPOT EAST OF I-95. AN ADDITIONAL
ONE TO TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 6 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOTORISTS SHOULD DEACTIVATE CRUISE CONTROL AND SLOW DOWN IN HEAVY
RAINFALL TO REDUCE THE RISK OF HYDROPLANING. LEAVE SAFE DISTANCE
BETWEEN OTHER VEHICLES.
