THE FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR
  THE KANKAKEE RIVER AT SHELBY.
* FROM THURSDAY EVENING TO TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
* AT  645 PM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 8.7 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY THURSDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE
  TO RISE TO NEAR 9.5 FEET BY SATURDAY MORNING.
