* AT 545 PM TUESDAY THE STAGE WAS 8.9 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET.
* FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT 11:45 AM TUESDAY.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO 8.8 FEET BY WEDNESDAY
  MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 9.0 FEET...LOWLAND AGRICULTURAL FLOODING BEGINS.
