* THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY 9 PM MONDAY.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 10.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO 9.6 FEET BY WEDNESDAY
  MORNING.
