ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 300 AM CDT...

EXCESS RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED OVER THE ADVISORY AREA.
STREAMS AND CREEKS IN THE ADVISORY AREA HAVE RECEDED OR WERE
BEGINNING TO RECEDE...ENDING THE FLOOD THREAT. NO ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF TONIGHT. IF FLOODING HAS
BEEN OBSERVED...PLEASE REPORT IT TO YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
AGENCY AND HAVE THEM RELAY THE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE OFFICE IN NORTH PLATTE.
