...The flood warning is cancelled for the following river in
Kansas...

  Cow Creek Near Lyons affecting Rice County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Shallow
flowing water can wash a car from the roadway.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Cow Creek Near Lyons.
* At 9:01 AM Tuesday the stage was 17.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage this Tuesday morning.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 16.5 feet by
  Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet...Some flooding of low-lying areas and bottom
  land agricultural areas occurs, especially along the right bank.
  Possible flooding of county roads 6 miles southeast of Lyons may
  take place on sections of 20th road and on 22nd Road.
