  LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MAINE...
  EAST CENTRAL OXFORD COUNTY IN WESTERN MAINE...
  KENNEBEC COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MAINE...
  SAGADAHOC COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MAINE...
  SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WESTERN MAINE...
  KNOX COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MAINE...
  ANDROSCOGGIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN MAINE...
  WALDO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MAINE...

* UNTIL 1200 AM EDT

* AT 903 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  SHOWERS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
  THUNDERSTORMS ENTERING THE CAPITAL REGION AND HEADING WEST
  NORTHWEST TOWARDS THE WHITE MOUNTAINS. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN
  HAS FALLEN IN THIS REGION WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR SO OF
  RAINFALL EXPECTED OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA

  LEWISTON...NORTHERN BRUNSWICK...AUGUSTA...WATERVILLE...BATH...
