* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  WEST CENTRAL DUVAL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 500 PM CDT A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM IS PRODUCING HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS RURAL PORTIONS OF WESTERN DUVAL COUNTY BETWEEN BRUNI AND
FREER. ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES HAS FALLEN WITH
ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS OF 1/2 TO 1 INCH POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
