* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE TO NEAR 12.8 FEET BY WEDNESDAY
  MORNING THEN BEGIN A SLOW FALL.
* AT 12.0 FEET...SEVERAL DIRT LOGGING ROADS BECOME IMPASSABLE.
