THE HEAVY RAIN THAT PROMPTED THE ADVISORY HAS EXITED THE ADVISORY
AREA. WHILE RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO RISE OVER THE NEXT
SEVERAL HOURS...FLOODING IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE
THE ADVISORY WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
