  EAST CENTRAL SOCORRO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
  SOUTHWESTERN TORRANCE COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 330 PM MDT

* AT 124 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN FROM SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE SOUTH CENTRAL
  HIGHLANDS...BETWEEN MOUNTAINAIR...GRAN QUIVIRA AND BINGHAM. RADAR
  INDICATES BETWEEN 1 AND 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN LOCALIZED
  AREAS...WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING. MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE
  ALONG COUNTY ROAD B175...STATE HIGHWAY 55 AND OTHER LOCAL ROADWAYS.

* STRONG FLOWS AND HIGH WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED IN
  ARROYOS...SMALL STREAMS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS. THIS
  INCLUDES CHUPADERA ARROYO...ARROYO SECO...AND CHAVES DRAW.
