* ARROYO AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL TORRANCE COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
  SOUTHEASTERN SANTA FE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
  EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 930 PM MDT

* AT 726 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN MORIARTY TO CLINES CORNERS SOUTHWARD TO MCINTOSH
  AND ESTANCIA. THIS AREA HAS RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN IN THE PAST FEW
  DAYS AND EXPECT BETWEEN 0.5 TO 1 INCH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WITH THE
  CLUSTER OF STORMS.

* STRONG FLOWS AND HIGH WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED IN ARROYOS...SMALL
  STREAMS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS. RAPID RUNOFF CAN ALSO BE
  EXPECTED IMMEDIATELY OVER AND DOWNSTREAM FROM WILDFIRE BURN SCARS.
