THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARIZONA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DOUGLAS...

* UNTIL 730 PM MST

* AT 543 PM MST...A THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING ACROSS
FAR SOUTHEAST COCHISE COUNTY INCLUDING THE DOUGLAS AND PIRTLEVILLE
AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED
WITH THIS STORM. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
