  WEST CENTRAL HUDSPETH COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS...

* UNTIL 915 PM MDT

* AT 619 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUED TO
  DEVELOP ACROSS THE WARNING AREA...WHERE OVER AN INCH OF RAIN HAS
  ALREADY FALLEN IN PLACES.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  HORIZON CITY...
  FABENS...
  FORT HANCOCK...
  AGUA DULCE...
  ACALA...
  TORNILLO...
  SPARKS...
  SOCORRO...
  SAN ELIZARIO...
  COLONIA DEL PASO...
  LAKE WAY ESTATES...

FLOODING IS LIKELY TO IMPACT COLONIAS SOUTH AND EAST OF HORIZON
CITY...AND BETWEEN THE RIO GRANDE AND INTERSTATE 10. LAW ENFORCEMENT
HAS ALREADY REPORTED SIGNIFICANT RUNOFF IN THE SOCORRO AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
