...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY
UNTIL 900 PM CDT...

THE RAIN HAS ENDED IN SOUTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY.  AT 750 PM THE
FRANKLIN COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED NO CURRENT WATER RELATED
ISSUES.  ANY HIGH WATER IN LOW AREAS WILL CONTINUE TO DRAIN.

THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE ON TIME AT 900 PM
UNLESS THE SITUATION CHANGES.
