...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON AND WEST
CENTRAL KANE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 1245 AM MDT...

ANY REMANINING ELEVATED RUNOFF IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO DECREASE
OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO
MOVE OVER EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON AND WEST CENTRAL KANE COUNTIES
THROUGH THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS...HOWEVER THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS
ENDED. THEREFORE...THE WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
