ALTHOUGH THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT HAS ENDED...HEAVIER RAINFALL EARLIER
IN THE DAY HAS CAUSED FLOODING OF ROADS AND WASHES IN THE AREA.
THEREFORE...A GENERAL AREAL FLOODING WARNING IN NOW IN EFFECT FOR
