CENTRAL LINCOLN...SOUTHEASTERN JEFFERSON AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS
COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED IN THE WARNED AREA. THOUGH ISOLATED RUNOFF
ISSUES MAY OCCUR...THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT HAS ENDED. IF FLOODING HAS
BEEN OBSERVED...PLEASE REPORT IT TO YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
AGENCY.
