...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING THAT WAS IN EFFECT FOR CENTRAL HOT SPRING
COUNTY IS CANCELLED...

EXCESS RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED OVER THE AREA. STREAMS AND
CREEKS IN THE AREA ARE BEGINNING TO RECEDE...AND RELEASES FROM
REMMEL DAM HAVE BEEN REDUCED. HOWEVER...THE OUACHITA RIVER WILL
REMAIN HIGH FOR SEVERAL HOURS.
