...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR NORTHEASTERN
WINDHAM COUNTY...

WHILE THE THREAT OF ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING FROM HEAVY RAINFALL
HAS ENDED...THE HAZARDS CREATED BY FLOODING WILL REMAIN. STREAMS
WILL CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH...AND ROADS...BRIDGES AND CULVERTS MAY
HAVE BEEN DAMAGE OR WASHED OUT. OBEY ALL ROAD CLOSURE SIGNS...THEY
ARE THERE FOR YOUR SAFETY...AND DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH DAMAGED OR
FLOODED AREAS.
