AT 636 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CONTINUED TO INDICATE A
THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING IN FAR NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY NEAR
RAMON...OR ABOUT 31 MILES SOUTHEAST OF VAUGHN. WHILE STORMS HAVE
MOVED OUT OF THE WARNING AREA...EXCESSIVE RUNOFF AND REMNANT
FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BOTH LOCALIZED AND DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE DANGEROUS FLOWS
IN ARROYOS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
