THE FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR
  THE BIG CREEK NEAR CUMMING.
* THIS TAKES AFFECT IMMEDIATELY.
* AT 1045 AM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 5.6 FEET...AND FALLING SLOWLY.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 6 FEET.
* THE CREEK CREST AT 5.8 FEET AROUND 900 AM THIS MORNING. THE CREEK
  WILL SLOWLY FALL FOR THE REST OF DAY.
