THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED ACROSS PORTIONS OF
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN
CANCELLED. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE OVER PARTS OF
PITTSBURG...LATIMER AND PUSHMATAHA COUNTIES THIS MORNING GIVEN
THE HEAVY RAINFALL THAT OCCURRED OVERNIGHT.
