THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL UTAH AND SOUTHERN
UTAH WILL EXPIRE AT 11 PM MDT THIS EVENING. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...BUT
PRECIPITATION INTENSITY HAS DECREASED. ALTHOUGH ELEVATED FLOWS MAY
BE ENCOUNTERED ON AREA STREAMS AND RIVERS...THE THREAT OF FLASH
FLOODING HAS DIMINISHED.
