.THE MAIN BAND OF SHOWERS AFFECTING THE BURN AREA HAS MOVED INTO
ORANGE...RIVERSIDE AND SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES. THERE COULD BE A
FEW ISOLATED SHOWERS LATER THIS MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE COLBY BURN AREA HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
THERE WERE SOME RAIN GAGES INDICATING HALF HOUR RAINFALL RATES
AROUND A THIRD OF AN INCH AS MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
APPROACHED THE COLBY BURN AREA. EMERGENCY PERSONNEL FROM GLENDORA
REPORTED STEADY MODERATE RAIN FOR THE MOST PART. SINCE THE MAIN
RAIN AXIS HAS PUSHED EAST...THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN
CANCELLED.
