THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL ARIZONA...
NORTH CENTRAL ARIZONA AND NORTHEAST ARIZONA HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL TODAY HAS SHIFTED MAINLY TO THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ARIZONA. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE BUT
HIGHER RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL NOT BE WIDESPREAD.
