...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

THE FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA HAS BEEN
CANCELLED.

THE NEARLY STATIONARY...NORTH TO SOUTH PLUME OF HEAVY RAIN HAS
SHIFTED TO THE EAST OF THE REGION EARLY TODAY. ALTHOUGH SOME SMALL
STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS...AND
LOCALIZED PONDING OF WATER WILL OCCUR IN POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS...THE THREAT FOR FLOODING OF STREAMS...CREEKS...AND URBAN
AREAS HAS DIMINISHED.
