.DRYER AIR IS MOVING INTO NORTHEAST COLORADO...AND SHOWERS ON THE
PLAINS HAVE BEEN STEADILY WEAKENING THIS AFTERNOON. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING OFF THE FOOTHILLS...BUT
RAINFALL RATES WILL BE CONSIDERABLY LOWER THAN WE SAY TUESDAY.

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL COLORADO...EAST
CENTRAL COLORADO...NORTH CENTRAL COLORADO AND NORTHEAST COLORADO
HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THERE WILL STILL BE SOME RAIN FROM SHOWERS AND
A FEW THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING...ESPECIALLY THE FOOTHILLS...THE
URBAN CORRIDOR AND THE PLAINS FROM WELD COUNTY SOUTH THROUGH
ELBERT COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES OF A QUARTER INCH IN A HALF HOUR
ARE POSSIBLE.
