.AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED EAST OF I-35. THIS DENSE FOG
WILL PERSIST UNTIL AROUND 930 AM AND THEN DISSIPATE BY 10 AM.
VISIBILITIES OF LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE AND NEAR ZERO AT TIMES
CAN BE EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS
