DEVELOPING SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT WILL ADVECT DRIER AND MORE STABLE
CONDITIONS ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH TUESDAY. THIS WILL DECREASE
THE THREAT FOR FURTHTER THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT.

FOR WEDNESDAY...THERE IS A CHANCE FOR MORE SUBTROPICAL MOISTURE TO
MOVE ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FROM TROPICAL STORM HERNAN...WELL
OFF THE COAST. THIS MOISTURE IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN ELEVATED...
DECREASING THE THREAT FOR ANY FLOODING IF THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOP.
