HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
THURSDAY. ALL MAIN STEM RIVERS WILL EXPERIENCE MODERATE TO SHARP
RISES BY THURSDAY MORNING. SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS MAY OVERTOP
THEIR BANKS AND CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING.

AREAS THAT MAY BE IMPACTED BY FLOODING INCLUDE BUT ARE LIMITED TO:
OLD ARCATA ROAD, ELK RIVER ROAD, AND BERTA ROAD.

STAY TUNED TO THE LATEST RIVER STAGE FORECASTS FOR UPDATES
AND CHANGES.
