ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND NEAR NORMAL PRECIPITATION.

HIGH TEMPERATURES SHOULD AVERAGE IN THE 60S TO MIDDLE 70S...WITH 40S
TO LOWER 50S OVER THE MOUNTAINS. LOW TEMPERATURES SHOULD AVERAGE IN
THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S...WITH 20S TO LOWER 30S OVER THE
MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS.
