FAVORS ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION.

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL MAINLY BE IN THE 40S...WITH MID 20S TO MID
30S IN THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL AVERAGE
IN THE MID TEENS TO MID 20S...WITH SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS IN THE
MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS.
