THE OUTLOOK FOR FRIDAY NOVEMBER 7TH THROUGH THURSDAY NOVEMBER 13TH
FAVORS ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WITH NEAR NORMAL PRECIPITATION.

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL AVERAGE IN THE 50S TO LOWER 60S...WITH MOSTLY
40S OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL
AVERAGE IN THE 30S...WITH 20S IN THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS.
