THE OUTLOOK FOR TUESDAY OCTOBER 28TH THROUGH MONDAY NOVEMBER 3RD
FAVORS ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION.

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 60S TO LOWER 70S...WITH
LOWER 50S TO LOWER 60S IN THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS. LOW
TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER 30S TO AROUND 40...WITH
MIDDLE 20S TO LOWER 30S IN THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS.
