.SYNOPSIS...A LOW PRESSURE CENTER OFF THE SOUTHEAST U.S. COAST
WILL CONTINUE EASTWARD INTO THE ATLANTIC TODAY. WINDS WILL SHIFT
TO THE NORTH AND NORTHWEST AND INCREASE...CAUSING SEAS TO BUILD
TO 10 TO 11 FEET IN THE GULF STREAM INTO MONDAY. WINDS AND SEAS
WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE FROM LATE MONDAY ONWARD AS HIGH PRESSURE
BUILDS ACROSS FLORIDA AND THE ADJACENT ATLANTIC.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS
SHIFTING TO NORTH AND NORTHWEST AND INCREASING TO 20 TO 25 KNOTS
WITH HIGHER GUSTS. SEAS BUILDING UP TO 12 FEET.
