.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A THERMAL
TROUGH WILL BUILD NORTH INTO THE SOUTHERN OREGON WATERS AND
STRENGTHEN TODAY. THIS WILL BRING STRONGER NORTH WINDS WITH STEEP WIND
DRIVEN SEAS. MODERATE TO LOCALLY STRONG NORTH WINDS AND VERY
STEEP WIND WAVE DOMINATED SEAS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY
NIGHT WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO. THE THERMAL
TROUGH WILL WEAKEN FRIDAY INTO THE WEEKEND WITH DIMINISHING WINDS
AND SEAS.
