.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE NORTH OF THE WATERS TODAY
AND THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL SETTLE SOUTH OF THE WATERS FRIDAY INTO
THE WEEKEND AS TROUGHS STALL NORTH OF THE AREA. WINDS WILL BECOME
ONSHORE NEAR THE COAST IN THE AFTERNOONS WITH THE SEA BREEZE.
