MEXICO AND CROSS THE WATERS TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL THEN INTENSIFY
AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST AWAY FROM THE AREA TOMORROW. WINDS AND SEAS WILL
INCREASE TONIGHT AS THE LOW DEEPENS.
