.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A SURFACE TROUGH OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF THE STATE AND A
STATIONARY FRONT NORTH OF THE AREA WILL BOTH GRADUALLY DISSIPATE
THROUGH MONDAY. A NEW HIGH WILL BUILD NORTHWEST OF THE STATE
MONDAY AND TUESDAY...THEN MOVE EASTWARD THROUGH FRIDAY. A FRONT
WILL MOVE IN FROM THE NORTH ACROSS THE AREA ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
