.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE LEVELS TONIGHT...AS A
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES IN
RESPONSE TO AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM MOVING OUT OF THE
SOUTHERN ROCKIES. AS THE SYSTEM MOVES EAST ON THURSDAY...THE
SURFACE TROUGH WILL APPROACH THE RIO GRANDE...RESULTING IN A
WEAKENING ONSHORE FLOW. ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN CONTINUE FRIDAY AND
INTO THE WEEKEND WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS POSSIBLE BY
SATURDAY AFTERNOON OR SATURDAY NIGHT ACROSS THE GULF WATERS.
ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO DECREASE TO WEAK TO MODERATE LEVELS ON
SUNDAY.
