OUT TO 60 NAUTICAL MILES.

SEAS ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3
OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST
10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO
MODERATE EASTERLY FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH TODAY WITH MORE OF A
NORTHEASTERLY WIND DIRECTION EXPECTED ON TUESDAY. ISOLATED SHOWERS
WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY INTO TUESDAY WITH CHANCES DIMINISHING BY
WEDNESDAY AS DRIER AIR MOVES INTO THE AREA. A MODERATE EAST TO
NORTHEASTERLY FLOW WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY
AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT INCREASES BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE SETTLING
INTO THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO AND LOW PRESSURE FORMING OVER THE
BAY OF CAMPECHE. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF SEAS REACHING SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS TUESDAY NIGHT INTO
WEDNESDAY AS ELEVATED SWELLS BEGIN TO ARRIVE FROM THE LOW PRESSURE
AREA OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN GULF OF MEXICO MOVE INTO THE AREA. THE
GRADIENT WILL RELAX THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH A WEAK NORTHEAST FLOW
EXPECTED.
