WITH INCREASING NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS THAT
MAY WARRANT SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES FOR THE GULF WATERS. ANOTHER
SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE TUESDAY MAINTAINS ADVERSE CONDITIONS BEFORE
STEADY IMPROVEMENT COMMENCES WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST
AND SOUTHEAST WINDS RETURN.
