.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
AREAS OF FOG...DENSE AT TIMES...WILL BE COMMON ACROSS THE BAYS OF
THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME
SOUTHWESTERLY TODAY OVER THE GULF WATERS...THEN SOUTHERLY BY
TONIGHT. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS
BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON WITH STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND HAZARDOUS SEAS
DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE. WIND SPEEDS WILL PEAK TUESDAY NIGHT WITH
OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO GALE FORCE POSSIBLE. THE STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW
WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE IN INTENSITY WEDNESDAY AND EVENTUALLY
BECOME AN ONSHORE FLOW BY LATE IN THE WEEK.
