OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST
10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK TO MODERATE SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL BECOME NORTH TO NORTHEAST
THIS MORNING AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS ACROSS THE AREA. A WEAK
ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BY THIS EVENING AS THE SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE QUICKLY MOVES EAST. ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE FRIDAY
WITH A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW EXPECTED OVER THE WEEKEND. THE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL DIMINISH LATE SUNDAY AND MONDAY AS A COLD FRONT
MOVES INTO  TEXAS. A WEAK TO MODERATE NORTH TO NORTHEAST FLOW
WILL OCCUR BEHIND THE FRONT MONDAY NIGHT.
