.THE 2014 SPRING SEASON WAS COLDER AND WETTER THAN NORMAL AT DULUTH
MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SPRING SEASON WAS 35.1 DEGREES WHICH
WAS 3.9 DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 39.0 DEGREES. THIS WAS TIED FOR
THE 26TH COLDEST METEOROLOGICAL SPRING ON RECORD AT DULUTH. 9.58
INCHES OF  PRECIPITATION WAS REPORTED FOR THE SEASON WHICH WAS 2.43
INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 7.15 INCHES. THIS WAS THE 23RD WETTEST
SPRING SEASON ON RECORD. 47.2 INCHES OF SNOW FELL IN THE SPRING
SEASON WHICH WAS 26.7 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 20.5 INCHES RANKING
THIS AS THE 5TH SNOWIEST SPRING SEASON ON RECORD. 131.0 INCHES OF
SNOW FELL SINCE JULY 1ST WHICH IS 44.9 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF
86.1 INCHES. THIS RANKS AS THE 3RD SNOWIEST SNOW SEASON ON RECORD AT
