REVERSING THE TREND OF THE PREVIOUS TWO MONTHS...NOVEMBER
TEMPERATURES WERE SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE. THE ONLY
WARM PERIODS DURING THE MONTH WERE DURING THE 22ND-24TH...AND
29TH-30TH...WHERE DAILY TEMPERATURES WERE ANYWHERE FROM 10-20
DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE. HOWEVER...MUCH OF THE MONTH...WAS RATHER
CHILLY...WITH THE MOST SIGNIFICANT COLD SPELL FROM THE 11TH-21ST...
WITH TEMPERATURES AROUND 20 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE. IN FACT...READINGS
DURING THIS TIME WERE SOME OF THE COLDEST SEEN IN THE MONTH OF
NOVEMBER IN SEVERAL DECADES...AND SOME OF THE COLDEST EVER RECORDED
DURING THE MONTH.

NOVEMBER PRECIPITATION WAS BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE. HOWEVER...MORE
SIGNIFICANTLY...THIS WAS THE FIRST NOVEMBER WITH MEASURABLE SNOWFALL
SINCE 1995.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...

THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE COLDEST SINCE 1996...AND THE
4TH COLDEST ON RECORD.

THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE COLDEST SINCE 1976...AND THE 2ND
COLDEST ON RECORD.

THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WAS THE COLDEST SINCE 1976...AND THE

SNOW FELL ON FOUR DAYS...WITH MEASURABLE SNOWFALL ON THREE DAYS. THE
0.4 INCHES OF SNOW THAT FELL ON THE 13TH WAS THE EARLIEST MEASURABLE
SNOWFALL SINCE 1993...AND THE 3RD EARLIEST MEASURABLE SNOWFALL EVER
RECORDED...FOLLOWED BY NOVEMBER 7TH 1991..AND OCTOBER 29TH 1993.
