PERCENT OF NORMAL. THE WETTEST 24 HOUR PERIOD FOR THE MONTH WAS ON
THE 26TH AND THE 27TH...WHEN 0.19 OF AN INCH OF PRECIPITATION FELL.
NO PRECIPITATION RECORDS WERE SET DURING THE MONTH. THE HIGHEST WIND
GUST WAS 63 MPH...WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 4TH.
