HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 45 DEGREES BROKE THE PREVIOUS RECORD LOW HIGH
TEMPERATURE OF 61 DEGREES...LAST SET IN 2008...ON THE 11TH. AN ON
THE 12TH...A RECORD LOW HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 58 DEGREES TIED THE
PREVIOUS RECORD...WHICH WAS LAST SET IN 2003.

THE TOTAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 0.86 INCHES...WHICH WAS 98
PERCENT OF NORMAL. THIS MAKES IT THE 4TH WETTEST SEPTEMBER ON
RECORD. THE WETTEST 24 HOUR PERIOD WAS ON THE 10TH AND 11TH...WHEN
