READING OF THE MONTH WAS -27 DEGREES ON THE 12TH...WHICH ALSO BROKE
THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF -11...SET IN 1986. THIS ALSO SET A NEW RECORD
FOR THE COLDEST RECORDED TEMPERATURE IN NOVEMBER. A RECORD LOW OF
-19 DEGREES OCCURRED ON THE 11TH...TYING THE PREVIOUS RECORD SET IN
2000. A RECORD LOW OF -26 DEGREES ALSO OCCURRED ON THE
