TEMPERATURE WAS 21 DEGREES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 37 DEGREES
WHICH IS 4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. THE RECORD
HIGH FOR TODAY IS 82 DEGREES WHICH OCCURRED IN 1968. THE RECORD LOW
FOR TODAY IS 4 DEGREES WHICH WAS SET IN 1913. 0.02 INCHES OF
PRECIPITATION HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. THE TOTAL
