TEMPERATURE WAS 12 DEGREES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 19 DEGREES
WHICH IS 8 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. THE RECORD
HIGH FOR TODAY IS 65 DEGREES WHICH OCCURRED IN 1932. THE RECORD LOW
FOR TODAY IS 18 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WHICH WAS SET IN 1985. NO
PRECIPITATION HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. THE TOTAL
PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH IS 0.35 INCHES AND FOR THE YEAR IS 24.36
INCHES. NO SNOW HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. THE TOTAL
