IS 18 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. THE RECORD HIGH
FOR TODAY IS 78 DEGREES WHICH OCCURRED IN 1962. THE RECORD LOW FOR
TODAY IS 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WHICH WAS SET IN 1921. NO
PRECIPITATION HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. THE TOTAL
PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH IS 0.74 INCHES AND FOR THE YEAR IS 14.39
