...ADDITIONAL COASTAL FLOODING LIKELY UNTIL SUNRISE WEDNESDAY...

.BUOY OBSERVATIONS ALONG THE LOWER TEXAS COAST INDICATE THAT ROUGH
SWELLS FROM THE EAST-NORTHEAST ARE APPROACHING THE LOCAL BEACHES...
WITH IN-SITU WEB CAMERAS SHOWING WAVES WASHING UP TO THE DUNES ON
SOUTH PADRE ISLAND. THE ROUGH SWELLS AND ABOVE NORMAL ASTRONOMICAL
HIGH TIDES WILL COMBINE TO PRODUCE A CONTINUED THREAT OF MINOR
COASTAL FLOODING FROM NOW UNTIL SUNRISE WEDNESDAY MORNING.

  SOUTH PADRE ISLAND AND AT BOCA CHICA BEACH DUE TO ABOVE NORMAL
  ASTRONOMICAL HIGH TIDES COMBINING WITH ROUGH SWELLS FROM THE
  EAST-NORTHEAST.

* TIMING...FROM NOW UNTIL 6 AM CST WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULTY WALKING OR DRIVING VEHICLES ON THE BEACH.
  AN ELEVATED RIP CURRENT RISK IS EXPECTED. MINOR BEACH EROSION
  MAY OCCUR.
