...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING IS NO LONGER EXPECTED...

.REMNANT LOW FROM TROPICAL DEPRESSION NINE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
FURTHER NORTHEAST AND ITS INFLUENCE ON WINDS AND SEAS WILL NO
LONGER IMPACT THE LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS. THEREFORE...THE COASTAL
FLOOD IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

IS NO LONGER EXPECTED TODAY. SEAS STILL REMAIN HIGH IN THE NEAR
SHORE WATERS WITH HIGH SWELLS...THEREFORE...HIGH RISK OF RIP
CURRENT IS IN EFFECT FOR TODAY.
